For Arizona Senate Legislative District 3
Beth Weisser is a teacher in Kingman, Arizona. She is an active member of the Kingman High School Site Council, Arizona Education Association and Vice-President of the Kingman Education Association. Beth is also an Arizona licensed real estate agent.
In 1984 Beth moved to Phoenix, Arizona with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Morningside College in Sioux City, Iowa. She worked in real estate sales, property management, and accounting. With her ex-husband she also owned and managed a sprinkler and landscape business until 1992 when they moved to Sanders, AZ. Beth was an elected member of the Puerco Valley Volunteer Fire Department Governing Board in Sanders, AZ, served as an appointed member of the Apache County Planning and Zoning Board of Adjustments and Appeals, the Sanders liaison for Apache County’s Growing Smarter Communities and an active member of the Valley High School Site Council. During her eleven years in the Sanders area she taught business courses through Northland Pioneer College and co-owned and managed a towing and automotive repair business.
Living in the Kingman area since 2002 and remarried to Mikel Weisser, a writer and teacher in Bullhead City, AZ, Beth is a grandmother with two daughters, the youngest planning on attending University of Arizona this fall, the oldest lives in Los Angeles, California with her six year old.
